Don’t you just love it when two of your favourites acts come together and put out something more than the sum of their parts? Here the boys from D/R/U/G/S have given the new Crystal Fighters (MySpace) single Follow the remix treatment.

Whilst the original  is a hypnotic acoustic and harmony led chant that layers and builds into the fast electro we’ve come to expect from them, D/R/U/G/S have transformed with their style of slowed, spacious and blissed-out electronica.

It’s always great to see new arts venues opening around London, and here we’ve got something a little more individual for the next 99 days under London Bridge Station at Counter Culture. The launch night is this friday (24/09) with live sets from The Subs and Man Like Me, and DJ sets from The Whip, Hatesy and others (flyer below) – get yourself along.

Counter Culture is just under London Bridge Station at 7-9 Crucifix Lane, London, SE1 3JW
