Baby Monster did one of the damn perfect remixes on the Wolf Gang’s ‘Pieces of You’ single a couple of months ago and are now back with something a little more personal, with their first solo release in ‘Ultra Violence and Beethoven’. And what a stunner it is. It’s slightly reminiscent of MGMT but a lot darker and almost industrial in parts. And then there are the soaring vocals of the chorus that could be Sigur Ros. Rhythm, synths, depth and wonders. ‘Beautiful’.

Ultra Violence and Beethoven is released on 50 Bones on 9th November with a limited run of 7″ vinyl and remix duties performed by Arveene & Misk.
