Clap To The Electricity Vol.6
Posted on 12.30.07 by walrae @ 11:00 am

Hope you all had a good Christmas and have something massive planned for new year. I couldn’t let it slip by without posting up some of these crackers which make up, yup, Clap Your Hands To The Electricity 6. As per usual, we’ve got some of the established (Digitalism and Thomas Bangalter) and some of the new (Hot Pink Delorean and Danger) and they are all beautiful. And by beautiful I mean shifting to some dirty synths and beats with a little bit of pop mixed in for sweetness.

I’ve got a Best Of 2007 compilation to get up tomorrow and another Snazzy mix ready to go. Busy, busy week - watch this space

  6. Congratulations man! I’m from Brasil, and it’s very hard to get in contact with this kind off new stuff here. You’re helping me a lot! Check out this artists that I think you may like a lot: http://www.myspace.com/teddrec (they are only 17!), http://www.myspace.com/bossindrama (like The Twelves: born in Brazil, making good music).

  7. I took a liking to two tracks in the mix: Pogo - Shinichi Osawa remix and Any Way You Choose to Give it. The Digitalism remix augments the already awesome track and Any Way has a lot of interesting beats and rhythms, which were used to make a pretty good remix by Fake Blood, although it kind of chopped up the song too much. Pretty good mix, I shall try the other volumes of this album.
