Clap To The Electricity Vol.5
Posted on 11.03.07 by tim @ 6:24 pm

Some more electro you say? Here is Clap Your Hands To The Electricity Vol.5 as usual featuring some of the best remixes, bands and DJs from across the globe. We’ve got a bit of pop on here with a bassy/funky remix of Kylie by Alan Braxe and a dirty Kissy Sell out extravaganza on an All Saints track as well as some old favourites form Primal Scream and The Chemical Brothers blended together. As well as the well known stuff though, The Shoes and Spitzer are going to get big if they carry on putting tunes out this awesome.

Update - The Das Pop remix has been removed on the request of their label (Prestel Records). However, Prestel have been kind enough to offer streams of all the remixes of the record on their website

  8. Hi Tim

The zip download seems to be set on “private”, and therefore unaccessible, while individual files can’t seem to be downloaded either, and I need my TBW fix!

  9. The most ridiculously general C&D from the BPI has caused the temporary removal of older mix downloads.

The individual mp3s of old mixes won’t go back up for bandwidth issues. Individual MP3s are only going to be available for a month, but hopefully the zips will be back up soon.

  10. hi there, i wanted to download the whole thing but it says it’s set to private.

no chance you could upload it back?

    please. :)

  11. It’s back.
The BPI have been appeased. I don’t think they actually had a problem with TBW, but other sites that have been hotlinking my downloads.

    So new download rules:

Individual tracks will be available for one month to download.

Mixes should remain available for a much longer period, as they don’t get indexed by the numerous mp3 search engines.
